Angel Shared makes encouraging debut for new syndicate

Angel Shared Steph Hollinshead Racing

Angel Shared made a very encouraging start to her racing career in the ‘Juddmonte EBF Restricted Maiden Fillies’ Stakes (For horses In Band D) (EBF Qualifier) (GBB Race) (Class 2) (2yo)’ over 6f on good to firm ground at Haydock yesterday (Friday 26th May).

The 2 year old filly out of Quelle Affaire x Harry Angel, and ridden by Duran Fentiman, recovered from a slow start out of the stalls to finish in 4th place.

Angel was purchased last year at Tattersalls October Book 4 sale for £9,000 by Steph, for long time supporter of the yard David Hodson, who has set up a syndicate called Beaudesert Racing 1 which the filly will run under its colours for.

“Despite the start, Angel ran a lovely race, she has excellent breeding and could be a real bargain for David and his syndicate, and we look forward to seeing her develop and run again soon,’ said Steph.
